Kyle utilizes his more than 25 years of experience in information technology, lean manufacturing process design and automation systems to affect changes (typically) within manufacturing and warehousing industries. He specializes in the restructuring of operational processes to develop efficient and effective business improvements. His passion lies in optimizing the application of robotics, machine vision and other specialized automation systems whilst utilizing Commitment Based Management, Lean Manufacturing principles and Japanese operations management.
Kyle has degrees in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Industrial Management. He is married with two grown children and his interests include civic involvement in church and government, water sports, motorcycling, golf and home restoration. Kyle serves on the board of a non-profit organization providing aid to indigent, terminally ill children and their families.
