Meet Our Team

Paul Templer

Paul is an experienced Management Consultant with over 20 years experience, having worked in a range of fast-paced, highly competitive business environments. He specializes in leadership development, high-performance team development, and conflict resolution, drawing on his adventurous and diverse global background to guide organizations so that they can better navigate the turbulent, hippo-infested waters of the ever-changing business world.

Merlin Huff

Merlin graduated Summa Cum Laude from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with distinction in the major. He loved the limelight so much that he then went on to earn his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Yale School of Drama. The study of acting is the study of human nature, story-telling, and embodiment of mood, so moving from performer to coach was a fluid transition. Merlin lived and worked in New York City and Los Angeles as an actor and teacher before moving to South Dakota with his wife to be closer to family and to raise his dog away from the watchful eye of the paparazzi.

Nicholas Yaholkovsky

Nicholas studied at the University of California at Santa Cruz, where his love of language spurred him to study linguistics. He then worked in the solar industry, where he learned to navigate the exciting chaos of the tech startup landscape and to translate between engineers and the laypeople around them. In a frantic scramble to put his linguistic studies to practical use, he now turns his talents toward coaching, where his strengths in language and communication are salient and paramount.

David Singh

David is recognized as a proven and passionate customer-focused Commitment Based Management design architect and mobilization director. He has an extensive track record in defining, leading, and delivering agile customer-centric designs that positively impact the customer experience as well as the bottom line. He excels at building strong project teams and at building rapport and trust with partners and stakeholders. Outside of work, David’s passion lies in rescuing and pampering dogs from the streets of his hometown of Glasgow, Scotland.
